This cat eye look is what makes this look. Use a liquid liner, gel liner, or a pen style liner in black to apply a clean line on the upper lid and winging out the liner about 1/4 of an inch out. ![]() The emphasis on the eye should be on the liner not the shadow. Blend this well using a fluffy blending brush so the crease is only subtly defined. I like MAC's Swiss Chocolate for light-medium skin tones and MAC's Embark for dark skin tones. Apply a mid-dark brown eyeshadow in the crease.Apply an eyeshadow all over the lid in a shade that matches your skin tone.I like the MAC Paint Pots (Painterly and Groundwork are most common for medium to darker skin tones). Apply an eye primer all over the lid and brow bone area in a shade that is similar to your skin tone.Use a thin angled brush like the MAC 166 and follow the natural arch of your brow to fill in any bare areas and create a strong brow that will frame your eyes. Fill in brows using an eyeshadow that is close to your natural hair color. ![]() Use a bronzer that is just 1-2 shades darker than your skin tone.
